In the old city you will see the dome of rock (Al Aqsa mosque) which is the third holiest place for the Muslim where prophet Mohammad rose into the heavens. in Christian faith Jerusalem is believed to be the place where Jesus was visited when he was child to be attend a festival and preached in temple courts, and where he had the last supper before his arrested at the garden of Gethsemane, also to see Church of the Sepulcher where Jesus died and was buried and resurrected in Jerusalem.
